The principal development may offer a fully continuous and automated process. The closed-loop plant technology is being developed with the electrical heating mechanism to process waste & biomass in an oxygen-free environment with zero incineration. The efficiency of the plant is 3 times higher compared with waste incineration plants. 80% less footprint is required as it is being developed as a modular-based decentralised unit, fully commissioned in containers with capacity to process waste & biomass from 12 tons per day to 400 tons per day, and each unit is financially viable regardless of its capacity.
